Thankfully he appears to be more than adequate at representing the interests of oppressed mining companies, and has a knack at defending school segregation and rolling back affirmative action. Thankfully the Senate Judiciary committee has agreed to just going to lie down and roll over and let the republicans have whatever they want. (Y'all are off the Christmas card list this year).
